Yes. You assign tasks, set priorities, give feedback and define performance expectations. Operanta owns HR, payroll, training, QC, infrastructure and continuity.
Can we interview candidates before approving?
Yes — and you should. Every Operanta seat is interviewed and approved by the client. We typically present 3–5 candidates per role.
What happens if a team member leaves?
Operanta is contractually responsible for back-fill and continuity. Trained back-up coverage is rotated through every desk weekly, so attrition is invisible to you.
Are our dedicated team members shared with other accounts?
No. Dedicated means dedicated. Every seat sees only your data, your TMS instance, your customers and your SOPs.
Can we scale up or down quickly?
Yes. Scale-up is typically 14–21 days per additional seat; scale-down is a 30-day notice. There are no long-term lock-ins beyond the first quarter.
What about data security and IP?
Operanta operates from controlled-access facilities with MFA, encrypted endpoints, ISO 27001-aligned controls, no removable media and restricted internet. NDAs and DPAs are signed at the entity and individual level.
