OperantaOps is a trading name of SF Global Trade Pvt. Ltd., an offshore operations partner for freight forwarders, NVOCCs, customs brokers and 3PLs.

Any commercial engagement with OperantaOps is governed by a separate written Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW) and Data Processing Agreement (DPA). These website terms do not create any commercial relationship.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, subject to the terms of any signed MSA which may specify a different forum.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
